I painted this image using photoshop for a weekly environment challenge on conceptart.org. We were all given the title plus some guidelines to work from. In this case you had to be able to recognize the city as New York and take into account risen sea levels and changes in technology. I would like comments based on quality of work and fulfillment of guidelines in brief. Thanks.
